📋 Description

• Administrar estratégicamente el territorio para impulsar el crecimiento rentable • Identificar, segmentar y priorizar clientes y rutas con base en potencial • Construir y ejecutar planes de territorio para cumplir objetivos • Implementar actividades promocionales y tácticas comerciales para generar demanda • Gestionar y desarrollar el territorio asignado para incrementar la adopción del portafolio • Detectar necesidades del cliente y realizar venta de soluciones • Dar soporte a lanzamientos y campañas de productos

🎯 Requirements

• Licenciatura concluida (cualquier área: Administración, Mercadotecnia, Negocios, Ciencias de la Salud o afín) • Experiencia comprobable en ventas y manejo de territorio (ideal 2–5+ años) • Historial de cumplimiento de objetivos (ventas, crecimiento de cartera, apertura de clientes) • Deseable experiencia en canal indirecto/distribuidores, farma, consumo o industria veterinaria o sectores afines • Habilidad en gestión de clientes, ventas consultivas y desarrollo de estrategias comerciales • Orientación a resultados y habilidades de negociación
