📋 Description

• Process high volumes of applicants, emphasizing late-week and after-hours submissions • Conduct resume screening and initial qualification checks against minimum role criteria • Advance qualified candidates and disposition unqualified applicants according to hiring guidelines • Move candidates through each stage of the hiring process promptly • Prepare candidate summaries and supporting documentation for recruiter review • Track candidate progress accurately in SmartRecruiters • Communicate with candidates by email, phone, and SMS • Coordinate and schedule interviews across recruiting teams, targeting scheduling within one business day • Assist with recruiting efforts across multiple roles • Support the Recruiting Manager in improving daily workflow efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders in both languages • Experience in high-volume recruiting, recruiting coordination, or recruiting operations support • Previous experience supporting U.S.-based recruiting • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably SmartRecruiters • Experience communicating with candidates via email, phone, and SMS • Experience coordinating and scheduling interviews across multiple hiring teams • Ability to screen resumes and assess candidates against minimum qualifications • Experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven recruiting environment • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision • Strong communication, scheduling, and coordination skills • Ability to work Wednesday–Sunday, 5:00 PM–2:00 AM Eastern Time • Required computer, operating system, RAM, storage, internet speed, latency, headset, and webcam equipment
