📋 Description

• Process high volumes of applicants, emphasizing late-week and after-hours submissions • Conduct resume screening and initial qualification checks against minimum role criteria • Advance qualified candidates and disposition unqualified applicants according to hiring guidelines • Move candidates through each stage of the hiring process in a timely manner • Prepare candidate summaries and supporting documentation for recruiter review • Maintain accurate candidate tracking in SmartRecruiters • Communicate with candidates via email, phone, and SMS throughout the hiring process • Coordinate and schedule interviews across recruiting teams, targeting scheduling within one business day when possible • Assist with recruiting efforts across multiple roles • Provide operational support to the Recruiting Manager to improve workflow efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience supporting U.S.-based recruiting • Experience in high-volume recruiting, recruiting coordination, or talent acquisition operations • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably SmartRecruiters • Experience communicating with candidates via email, phone, and SMS • Experience coordinating and scheduling interviews across multiple hiring teams • Ability to effectively screen resumes and assess candidates against minimum qualifications • Experience working in a fast-paced, metric-driven recruiting environment • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail • Previous experience working remotely with minimal supervision • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate professionally in both languages • Strong communication, scheduling, and coordination skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Comfortable working Wednesday–Sunday, 5:00 PM–2:00 AM Eastern Time • Required computer equipment meeting specified Windows or Mac requirements • Wired Ethernet preferred or 5 GHz Wi-Fi acceptable • Internet speed of at least 30 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload • Latency under 100ms • USB noise-cancelling headset • Webcam for daily meetings
