📋 Description

• Process high volumes of applicants, emphasizing late-week and after-hours submissions • Conduct resume screening and initial qualification checks • Advance qualified candidates and promptly disposition unqualified applicants • Move candidates through each stage of the hiring pipeline in a timely manner • Prepare candidate summaries and supporting documentation for recruiter review • Track candidate progress accurately in SmartRecruiters • Communicate with candidates via email, phone, and SMS • Coordinate and schedule interviews across recruiting teams, targeting scheduling within one business day • Assist with general recruiting efforts across multiple roles • Provide operational support to the Recruiting Manager to improve workflow efficiency • Support recruiting momentum, candidate experience, and timely pipeline movement

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience supporting U.S.-based recruiting • Experience in high-volume recruiting, recruiting coordination, or talent acquisition operations • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably SmartRecruiters • Experience communicating with candidates via email, phone, and SMS • Experience coordinating and scheduling interviews across multiple hiring teams • Ability to screen resumes and assess candidates against minimum qualifications • Experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven recruiting environment • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail • Previous experience working remotely with minimal supervision • Fluent in both English and Spanish • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Availability Wednesday–Sunday, 5:00 PM–2:00 AM Eastern Time • Windows computer: Windows 10, Intel i5 (8th Gen+) or 2GHz and 8 cores, 16 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD; or Mac: macOS 11 (Big Sur+), Apple M1 or Intel i5, 8 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD • Internet: wired Ethernet preferred or 5 GHz Wi-Fi acceptable; 30 Mbps download, 15 Mbps upload, latency under 100ms • USB noise-cancelling headset • Webcam for daily meetings
