📋 Description

• Process high volumes of applicants, emphasizing late-week and after-hours submissions • Conduct resume screening and initial qualification checks against minimum role criteria • Advance qualified candidates and promptly disposition unqualified applicants according to hiring guidelines • Move candidates through each hiring-process stage in a timely manner • Prepare candidate summaries and supporting documentation for recruiter review • Maintain accurate candidate-progress tracking in SmartRecruiters • Communicate with candidates via email, phone, and SMS throughout the hiring process • Coordinate and schedule interviews across recruiting teams, targeting scheduling within one business day when possible • Assist with recruiting efforts across multiple roles • Provide operational support to the Recruiting Manager to improve workflow efficiency • Work in a fully remote, high-production, metric-driven recruiting environment within a collaborative team structure

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Spanish; professional communication in both languages • Experience in high-volume recruiting, recruiting coordination, or recruiting operations support • Previous experience supporting U.S.-based recruiting preferred • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System, preferably SmartRecruiters • Experience communicating with candidates via email, phone, and SMS • Experience coordinating and scheduling interviews across multiple hiring teams • Ability to screen resumes and assess candidates against minimum qualifications quickly and accurately • Experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven recruiting environment • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail • Previous remote-work experience with minimal supervision • Strong communication, scheduling, and coordination skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Availability Wednesday–Sunday, 5:00 PM–2:00 AM Eastern Time • Required computer specifications: Windows 10 with Intel i5 (8th Gen+) or 2GHz and 8 cores, 16 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD; or macOS 11+ with Apple M1 or Intel i5, 8 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD • Wired Ethernet preferred or 5 GHz Wi-Fi acceptable; 30 Mbps download, 15 Mbps upload, latency under 100ms • USB noise-cancelling headset and webcam for daily meetings
