📋 Description

• Support high-volume recruiting operations, focusing on improving candidate processing speed. • Maintain recruiting momentum, enhancing candidate experience, and ensuring timely movement through the hiring pipeline. • Process high volumes of applicants, with emphasis on late-week and after-hours submissions. • Conduct resume screening and initial qualification checks based on minimum role criteria. • Advance qualified candidates and disposition unqualified applicants promptly. • Ensure accurate and organized tracking of candidate progress within the Applicant Tracking System (SmartRecruiters). • Communicate professionally with candidates and schedule interviews as needed. • Provide operational support to the Recruiting Manager to improve daily workflow efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience supporting U.S.-based recruiting. • Experience in high-volume recruiting, recruiting coordination, or talent acquisition operations. • Experience in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably SmartRecruiters. • Experience communicating with candidates via email, phone, and SMS throughout the hiring process. • Experience coordinating and scheduling interviews across multiple hiring teams. • Ability to effectively screen resumes and assess candidates against minimum qualifications. • Experience working in a fast-paced, metric-driven recruiting environment. • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. • Previous experience working remotely with minimal supervision. • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
