📋 Description

• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates against client requirements • Negotiate wage rates and employment terms with candidates and secure commitment for current and future requirements • Meet daily and monthly targets for submitting quality candidates to client openings • Arrange interviews for shortlisted candidates and follow up in real time until client feedback is received • Execute and document the end-to-end recruitment process in the ATS • Coordinate daily by phone and email with candidates, vendors, team leads, account managers, and customers • Recruit technical professionals including Gen AI and ML Engineers, Software Engineers, Product/Project/Program Managers, Cloud/DevOps/SRE professionals, Data Engineers/Scientists, QA/Automation/Mobile Developers, and Salesforce Engineers/SMEs/Consultants

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of solid sourcing experience in the IT domain, preferably from a consulting background • Willingness to work the night shift, 9 pm–5 am IST • Experience hiring across technical IT roles • Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite • Understanding of US tax terms: W2, C2C, 1099 • Understanding of US visa types/work authorizations: H1B, OPT, GC, USC, H4-EAD, TN, E3 • Comfortable working night shifts aligned to US time zones (EST/CST/PST) • Hands-on experience with end-to-end recruiting, from sourcing to close • Good understanding of US contract agreements • Fluency in written and verbal English is mandatory • Thorough understanding of the IT domain, skills, and market trends • Strong understanding of technical roles, technology stacks, and hiring terminology • Excellent sourcing and Boolean search skills • Target-driven and closure-oriented mindset • Strong communication and negotiation abilities • Comfortable working in high-pressure, startup-style recruitment environments • High ownership, accountability, and self-motivation
