📋 Description

• Own end-to-end sourcing and outbound recruitment for U.S.-based software engineering and technical roles • Design and run outbound campaigns using cold email sequences and cold calling • Use AI-enabled sourcing tools to identify, enrich, and prioritize candidate lists • Manage candidate communication through outreach, screening, scheduling, and pipeline updates • Partner with the hiring team to refine sourcing criteria based on candidate quality and market feedback • Participate in screening, a take-home sourcing task, and a paid work trial using company tools and live requisitions

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a fast-growing, U.S.-based startup (seed through Series B) • Startup experience must be from a product company such as SaaS, AI agents, or enterprise software • Track record of sourcing and closing multiple U.S.-based software engineering roles • Strong experience with outbound recruitment, including cold email campaigns and cold calling • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Comfortable using AI tools in the day-to-day sourcing workflow • Able to commit to a six-day work week, Monday through Saturday • Able to work late India-time hours aligned with U.S. business hours • Consistent, stable work history; frequent unexplained employment gaps do not meet the bar • Familiarity with AI-powered sourcing platforms such as Juicebox or MetaView is preferred • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, hireEZ, SeekOut, GitHub/Octohunt, and Wellfound is preferred
