📋 Description

• Lead research and recruitment efforts for assigned vacancies • Manage stakeholder decision-making throughout sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding • Construct target lists of companies and candidates • Identify suitable candidates • Coordinate internal and external research efforts • Contact high-potential prospects • Write position specifications • Conduct candidate interviews • Perform reference checks • Compile detailed status update reports • Document candidate qualifications • Analyze and recommend candidate compensation • Participate in or lead ad hoc projects related to recruiting and talent management • Provide comprehensive recruiting and administrative support for human resources

🎯 Requirements

• 4 years + of experience stated in the job details • 5+ years of experience in recruiting within a corporate environment, search firm, or a combination of both • BA/BS degree from a recognized academic institution • Exceptional oral and written communication skills • Ability to manage a demanding workload, balance multiple tasks and priorities, and meet aggressive recruitment goals in a timely manner • Proven success working within an integrated, team-oriented environment • Personal maturity and business acumen for confident and rational decision-making • Strong presentation skills and a professional demeanour consistent with top-tier professional services • Ability to engage with individuals, understand, evaluate, and articulate motivations and organizational dynamics • Ability to establish, build, and sustain relationships • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while achieving high-quality, detailed results • Ability to collaborate, support others, build trust, learn quickly, demonstrate intellectual curiosity, and develop others • Confidence and extroversion to engage effectively with various stakeholders and thrive in social interactions
