Description

• Guide customers with technical onboarding and product adoption • Build new product features • Develop custom scripts • Provide product training • Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Ingestion teams • Collaborate with data engineers, scientists, and analysts • Help customers adopt products and best practices • Shape the Customer Success function • Work with a collaborative and tight-knit team • Contribute to the development of technical documentation, implementation guides, and knowledge sharing • Maintain regular communication with key customers • Recommend solutions to help customers grow

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering or data engineering • Expertise in Python and modern data stack • Experience with data pipelines and ELT processes • Expertise in SQL, modern data warehouses, transformation tools, and BI tools • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Passion for helping customers • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field • This position is open to candidates in all time zones of the United States and Europe and can be done remotely • H1B visa sponsorship provided
