- Provide exceptional support to clients - Resolve tickets assigned or escalated - Work with MSP team to diagnose and resolve client-server application issues - Deliver 10+ tickets per day in a fast-paced environment - Provide advanced support for end-users - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of client environments - Support customers with great customer service - Resolve support tickets that require onsite and remote work - Update internal and client documentation as needed
• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience • 5+ years' experience working in multi-platform IT environments • Experience with a Managed Services Provider (MSP) including being an escalation point for tickets • Entrepreneurial mindset • Excellent customer service skills • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly • Adherence to ACS security policies • CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ • Microsoft MCSA/MCSE • Cisco CCNA/CCNE • VMware VCP • High-speed internet connection and professional work environment for remote work
