Description

• Adare is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented individual to join our business support team focused on customer service and quality.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree and 8+ of related experience required OR 5+ years’ experience and an advanced degree. • Experience in reporting and analytics for a CMO/CDMO. • Technical understanding of a CDMO cGMP manufacturing environment (preferable oral solid dose experience) and associated KPIs. • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and personal time management skills. • Strong executive level presenting interpersonal skills. • Strong ability to collaborate with internal colleagues ranging from Subject Matter Experts to members of the Senior Leadership team globally. • Strong analytical and questioning skills to be able to extract detailed information quickly. • Excellent written and oral communication skills both internal and external. • Highly skilled in MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word. • Extensive SharePoint and Salesforce.com required, Tableau or Power BI preferred, but not required. • Ability to function in a rapidly changing environment and balance multiple priorities simultaneously. • Ability to participate / lead meetings (via teleconference) in different time zones. • Minimal travel will be required.
