• 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in agribusiness or AgTech • Background or experience in agriculture is preferred • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to work independently and drive results without direct supervision • World-Class service delivery & customer-centric attitude • Business-level English • A valid driver’s license and own vehicle • Valid work permit for Italy
• Working closely with growers • Develop a customer strategy to optimize growth for the entire region • Sell & deliver products to a wide range of horticultural customers • Work with cutting-edge technology in agriculture • Direct impact on the future of precision farming • Provide hands-on product demonstrations and training at farms and offices • Collaborate with internal teams in Europe, Latam and South Africa to ensure seamless service delivery • Regular travel within the region to meet customers, and at times, attend conferences as and where necessary
