📋 Description

• Installation, maintenance and repair of genomics instruments and associated system solutions • Performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and technical service calls • Assisting customers to optimize the use of hardware and software solutions • Supporting automation systems and automation applications, particularly Bravo systems in the genomics environment • Collaborating with Sales, Application Support, Technical Support and Product Management • Documenting service activities in accordance with Agilent quality standards • Supporting the further expansion of our genomics service business • Serving customers on-site in eastern Germany from a home office • Supporting the genomics portfolio including PLAT, PLXA, PLXF, PLV1 as well as related software, application and peripheral solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or vocational training in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Medical Engineering or a comparable field • Experience with laboratory instruments, life-science technologies or technical customer support • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused working style • Good German and English language skills • Valid driver’s license • Willingness to travel within eastern Germany • Willingness to travel up to 75%
