Description

• Consult with prospects and customers to understand their business objectives and determine how products and analytics can deliver value at scale. • Lead solutioning workshops to collaborate with clients on configuring solutions to meet their business objectives. • Lead change management workshops to help prospects and customers adopt new processes. • Create tailored customer-facing material showcasing how solutions address specific pain points. • Provide technical expertise throughout the pre-sales cycle. • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of platform, integrations, and competitive landscape. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings. • Traveling 20% - 30% of the time.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of work experience in management consulting/digital product consulting/analytics domain. • At least 2 years in a customer-facing role. • MBA preferred, but not required. • Utility industry experience preferred, but not required.
