• Own end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including strategy, segmentation, content creation, scheduling, and deployment. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize campaign performance and enhance engagement. • Support ecommerce initiatives, web merchandising, and product launches. • Manage user-generated content through third party platforms. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in email marketing for innovation and competitiveness.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. • 1-2 years of experience in email marketing or CRM management. • Proficiency with email marketing platforms ideally with Klaviyo. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. • Creative mindset with a passion for developing engaging and relevant email content. • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Strong attention to detail with project briefs and ability to take initiative and ownership. • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing direction or project scope. • Experience with HTML/CSS for email template customization (preferred but not required). • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and understanding of eCommerce best practices (preferred but not required). • Great communication and team player skills.
