Description

• Developing solutions to scale and optimize knowledge and content retrieval across Airbnb • Building highly available and scalable services in collaboration with other teams • Solving problems in fine-tuning knowledge for ingestion by LLMs • Optimizing knowledge retrieval to power in-product support applications

Requirements

• 5+ years industry engineering experience • BS, MS or PhD in CS or related field • Proficiency in one or more backend JVM languages (Java/Kotlin/Scala etc) • Proven expertise in building and maintaining high-performance, scalable and fault-tolerant backend systems • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and ownership of problem definitions • Ability to drive alignment and collaborate effectively
