Description
• Ensure timely and accurate financial deliveries • Maintain cloud-based accounting systems • Prepare reconciliation schedules • Manage client engagements • Prepare tax filings • Assess and improve client's financial processes • Manage client's inbox • Work with external parties • Follow standardized procedures • Develop relationships • Work with other service lines
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Familiarity with GAAP and accrual accounting • CPA/CMA certification preferred • 5+ years of client-facing work experience • Solid working knowledge in QuickBooks/Xero • Project management and client relationship management skills • Strong communication skills • Strong Excel/Google Sheet skills • Experience building and maintaining standard operations processes • Experience managing a distributed team
