Description

• Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required.

Requirements

• Knowledge of healthcare administrative and clinical data sets, including demographic, financial and clinical data. • Basic understanding of healthcare administrative or clinical workflows and the underlying data for inpatient, ambulatory or ancillary services. • Experience with clinical quality measurement and corresponding data sets, including work with data quality initiatives. • Knowledge of SQL, ideally with PostgreSQL experience. • Experience with relevant or similar analytics platforms and tech stacks (e.g. Tableau, Snowflake, ETL, healthcare data sets, etc) • Experience evaluating workflows and operational processes for the purpose of defining measurement tools and BI to drive efficiency • Experience managing analytics delivery processes, including data governance and request management. • Experience using data and primary research to inform solution design and build internal business understanding. • Proven track record of stakeholder management • Experience with and understanding of the software development lifecycle and software development methodologies. Preferably experience with Agile / Scrum teams. • Product development experience in the context of the development of a healthcare technology product. • Excellent organizational and communication skills with an emphasis on problem-solving and building subject matter expertise.
