Description

• Lead the UX design of complex products and features across platforms • Conduct user research, usability testing and analyze feedback • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders • Define and document business workflows • Communicate design strategy and ensure design accuracy in code • Maintain and evolve Design System • Advocate for quality and pragmatism in project completion • Ability to work remotely on the east coast of the US • Self-starter comfortable with loose processes on complex problems

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years experience as a designer • Agile environment experience with two-week sprints • Familiarity with Figma, Jira, and Confluence • Expert practitioner in design craft for web apps • Ability to think at a high level about product strategy • Collaboration with design, product, and engineering teams • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
