📋 Description

• Lead and shape India hiring strategy in partnership with senior leadership and cross-functional partners • Lead and develop the India recruiting team, including 2–5 recruiters and a Recruiting Manager overseeing operations hiring • Drive recruiting team performance, accountability, and consistency across functions • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing market insights and hiring counsel • Establish structured, data-informed interview processes and decision frameworks • Partner with Finance and HR to forecast headcount and hiring timelines • Personally execute high-impact Director-level searches and sensitive leadership hires • Own industry and university recruitment strategy for India • Build pipelines and relationships supporting experienced and early-career hiring • Ensure predictable, disciplined India hiring aligned with long-term revenue strategy • Establish Talent Acquisition as a trusted strategic partner to India leadership • Ensure consistent, data-informed interview processes across regions • Deliver high-quality senior-level hires efficiently in competitive markets

🎯 Requirements

• Business-minded talent leader who understands how hiring strategy drives growth and organizational design • Experience managing managers and building high-performing recruiting teams • Experience setting measurable performance standards and driving accountability • Experience leading through organizational change • Systems-oriented approach to evaluating tradeoffs, risks, and cost implications • Ability to align workforce planning, market insight, and recruiting execution into a cohesive global strategy • Ability to build structured, scalable, and data-informed hiring strategies • Ability to recruit across tech and non-tech functions in India • Ability to conduct senior Director-level and above searches and sensitive leadership hires
