• Manage the entire recruitment process from inception to offer delivery • Source and recruit IT professionals for various strategic accounts • Conduct intake meetings with clients • Screen resumes and interview candidates • Build and maintain talent pipelines • Publish job ads on careers pages and job boards • Prepare candidates for interviews • Develop strong relationships with Account Managers and Recruiters • Leverage AI tools for communication • Utilize Bullhorn ATS and VMS tools for tracking • Participate in daily meetups with the recruiting team • Submit 8-10 qualified resources per week • Maintain a high level of professionalism
• Proven experience in agency IT contract staffing • Strong understanding of W2 IT requirements • Reliable network connectivity • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
