Description
• In this position, you will learn the ropes of online heating and air conditioning ecommerce and help resolve issues for homeowners and contractors around the country. • The job involves helping customers with various tasks such as tracking shipments, changing orders, assisting with delivery issues, and more. • The role requires emotional resilience, problem-solving skills, and strong organizational abilities. • Must maintain professionalism while providing excellent customer service and handling upset customers in a calm and professional manner. • The position is fully remote and requires consistent dedicated work during scheduled hours.
Requirements
• Enjoys helping people • Possesses excellent verbal communication skills • Is a good listener • Has a successful track record of problem-solving in customer service roles • Can easily navigate computers and CRM systems • Can type quickly and accurately • Has emotional resilience and the ability to handle upset customers in a calm, professional manner • Uses creativity and ingenuity to find solutions for customers • Is organized with strong follow-through • Must have high-speed internet, a quiet workspace without family or pets in the room and a back-up plan for power or internet outages • Scheduled hours will include weekday shifts 10am-7pm CT and Saturday shifts 10am-4pm CT
