• In this position, you will learn the ropes of online heating and air conditioning ecommerce and help resolve issues for homeowners and contractors around the country. • The job involves helping customers with various tasks such as tracking shipments, changing orders, assisting with delivery issues, and more. • The role requires emotional resilience, problem-solving skills, and strong organizational abilities. • Must maintain professionalism while providing excellent customer service and handling upset customers in a calm and professional manner. • The position is fully remote and requires consistent dedicated work during scheduled hours.
