📋 Description

• Manage 3 to 5 projects simultaneously, from planning through implementation • Develop and monitor schedules, resource plans, budgets, and performance metrics • Lead cross-functional teams, coordinating internal resources and external vendors • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, implementing contingency plans when necessary • Ensure effective communication of project status, risks, and financial impacts to stakeholders and executive leadership • Manage changes in scope, priorities, and dependencies across projects • Support vendor selection and management processes (RFI/RFP) • Promote project management best practices, continuous improvement, and the sharing of lessons learned • Act as a strategic partner to Finance, IT, and Business teams to enable digital transformation initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field • Solid experience in IT project management, preferably with a focus on Finance • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with complex dependencies • Deep knowledge of financial processes, enterprise systems, and regulatory requirements • Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and return on investment (ROI) analysis • Strong leadership and influencing skills, including without direct people-management responsibility • Experience managing stakeholders at different organizational levels • Experience managing vendors and contracts • Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive leadership • Ability to work independently, make decisions, and manage escalations appropriately • CAPM, PMP, or equivalent certification preferred • Experience leading large-scale financial transformation projects preferred • Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS (Financials, Procurement), SAP, Workday, or other financial ERP systems preferred • Experience working in regulated environments (SOX, GDPR, and similar frameworks) preferred • Experience in organizational change management and new technology implementation preferred • Track record of process improvements and lessons-learned programs preferred
