📋 Description

• Lead strategic medium- and large-scale projects from initiation through closure • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budget, and deliverables • Manage internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership • Develop and maintain detailed project plans • Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks • Monitor KPIs and ensure adherence to timelines and budget • Coordinate cross-functional teams across technology, product, operations, and other functions • Ensure clear and consistent communication among all stakeholders • Implement Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies • Resolve conflicts and remove project impediments • Provide executive status updates and performance metrics reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban • Experience with Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms • Budget management and financial control experience • Risk management and strategic planning expertise • Leadership and influencing skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Negotiation skills • Strategic, results-oriented mindset • Strong organizational and prioritization skills • Preferred certifications include PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or similar
