📋 Description

• Build long-term relationships with clients through solution presentations and market intelligence • Execute sales strategies and action plans to achieve and exceed sales targets • Establish, manage, nurture and grow sales pipelines through direct and indirect channels • Drive the full sales process: pre-sales consultation, client quotations, technical proposals, negotiations, and contract coordination • Collaborate with distributors to forecast demand, plan market activities, and train distributor sales personnel • Support sales operations: pre-delivery site visits, authorities submissions, delivery coordination, and internal reporting • Help establish and grow Ampd Energy’s presence in the US market promoting the Ampd Enertainer BESS

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business/engineering or related disciplines • At least 4 years in sales or business development, preferably with construction, mining, infrastructure, maritime, equipment rentals, and/or power generation • Strong interest in the green energy industry and/or exceeding sales targets • Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills • Strong capability to pick up technical concepts quickly and explain them simply to customers • Good consultative selling skills; customer focus; analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficient with MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems and other digital tools • Hardworking, self-motivated and aggressive; keen to learn and willing to accept new challenges
