Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive revenue operations strategy • Partner with GTM leadership to define and understand GTM strategies • Establish and maintain operational processes and oversee tools and technologies • Lead a team including Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, and Enablement program management • Define and build GTM operational cadence • Prioritize issues and manage high-priority initiatives and ad-hoc projects • Analyze data and identify opportunities for strategic shifts • Provide strategic assessments and operating reviews • Collaborate with cross-functional partners • Build a work environment promoting teamwork and partnership

Requirements

• 12 years of SaaS GTM experience, 5 years in GTM operations and leadership • Analytical mindset with strategic planning experience • Ability to communicate effectively with C-level leaders • Capacity for both strategic thinking and day-to-day operations • Experience in team development • Influence across GTM organization • Experience in customer data and martech space

Benefits
