• Assist contracts department in contracts administration • Tracking, logging, and administrating contracts • Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation and other requirements • Establishing and administrating contractual relationships • Support negotiations, manage contractual changes, and resolve disputes • Maintain digital records

Requirements

• Knowledge or interest in legal requirements involved with contracts • Knowledge or interest in contract negotiations • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Keen attention to detail • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills • Ability to work independently and within a team • Ability to perform research and analysis
