• Proven track record in Telemarketing, Sales, or Sales Development • Completed degree or vocational education • Strong technical aptitude • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Professional telephone etiquette • Strong analytical thinking, negotiation abilities, and creative problem-solving skills • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus) • Willingness to build a solid understanding of the intellectual property domain • Experience in IP (Patents, Trademark, Licensing) or the legal/LegalTech industry is an advantage • Self-motivated, methodical, optimistic, and competitive personality
