• Responsibilities will vary based on the grade of Business Developer applying for • Business Developer I focuses on Market Research, Lead Generation, Data Management, Learning and Development, Reporting and Analysis, Adaptability and Initiative • Business Developer II focuses on Relationship Building, Sales Support, Client Communication, Data Analysis and Reporting, Proactivity and Ownership • Business Developer III focuses on Client Relationship Management, Strategic Planning, Business Expansion, Leadership and Mentorship, Risk Management.

Requirements

• An excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. You should be a great writer, speaker, and listener. • A clear understanding of what climate change is and its challenges over the future of humanity • Fairly strong knowledge of business processes and organizational structures • Experience in dealing with international organizations or clients • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite & the Google Suite. • Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently. • Prior experience in lead generation and a knowledge of the software industry is a plus • For grade II & III, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
