Description

• Process payroll and consultant fees in the absence of the payroll master/HR Supervisor • Assist HR leaders in understanding statutory benefits and requirements • Manage staff deductions, including loans, HMO, and reimbursements • Coordinate with Managers and Supervisors for HR matters • Monitor regularization dates of probationary employees

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Accounting, or relevant discipline • Minimum 3 years' proven experience in compensation, benefits, and payroll • Strong Excel skills • Familiarity with HRIS and accounting software. Experience with ADP systems, Deputy, Google Suite is an advantage • Practical experience with payroll systems • Ability to handle confidential information • Good understanding of labor legislation • Time-management skills • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Fluency in written and spoken English • Work effectively in a multicultural, multi-shift environment
