Description

• Manage relationships with a portfolio of existing technology partners and develop new relationships. • Assist AppHub evaluate potential new integration partners in alignment with AppHub’s integrations strategy overall. • Inform AppHub leadership of promising technology partners and developments in the highly-dynamic space. • Develop cross-functional strategic guidance for AppHub's Sales and Customer Success teams to spread among their respective teams serving as a roadmap, aligning the efforts of Success, Support, and Sales teams towards shared goals. • Collaborate productively across AppHub’s Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales teams to drive increased AppHub and partner opportunities. • Assist with Identify and support marketing opportunities for AppHub with partners to increase awareness, distribute our brand and content and generate new business. • Represent AppHub in partners’ market-facing events and conferences, to pitch, train, and educate the audience on the AppHub platform and the importance of our joint integration with this partner.

Requirements

• 5+ years of SaaS partnership management experience ideally in MarTech or eCommerce • Adept at influencing and relationship building with partners - identifying what they value, how they grow, and how AppHub can help • Collaborative and proven experience supporting and influencing colleagues on cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Customer Success, Marketing etc.) • Technical proficiency required to collaborate effectively with product managers in assessing integration's technical aspects-Knowledge of Shopify BigCommerce Klaviyo, Gorgias and Attentive is beneficial • Fast thinking strategies and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future • Drive to hunt for new opportunities and a track record of achievements • Ability to understand and create Integration documentation • Ability to to build relationships quickly with a desire to take ownership • Excellent time, communication, organizational and management skills • Enthusiasm and drive • Willingness to travel
