• Lead and manage technical projects • Provide system analysis expertise to government clients • Analyze and document business requirements and workflows • Review, analyze, and manage system and user requirements • Create and groom product backlogs and user stories • Work with stakeholders and development teams to create prototypes and MVPs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field • 5-8 years of experience as a System Analyst Lead/Project Manager • Experience with Agile-SCRUM iterative development methodologies • Strong skills in defining documentation • Experience facilitating requirement-gathering sessions and workshops • Knowledge of IT project management skills and agile techniques • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills • Experience with usability designs and testing • Preferred experience with workflow systems and Cloud systems • Analytical ability during testing is preferred • Greenfield project experience a plus
