• Oversees compliance responsibilities and audits • Supports inquiries and investigations • Manages Underwriting Support Team • Provides coaching and mentoring • Leads design and implementation of new tools • Applies process improvement methodologies • Ensures accurate handling of policies • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders • Participates in disaster recovery exercises • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent • Minimum 10 years of insurance industry experience • Minimum 7 years of Project/Product and Process Improvement activities • Effective communication across all levels • Analytical and mathematical skills • Detail-oriented with high accuracy • Strong organizational and prioritization skills • Results-oriented with ability to maintain strong relationships • Computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to lead cross-functional teams • Minimal travel required
