• Sell Array Tech, Inc. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the renewable energy sector, with a focus on solar technology • 2+ years hands on computer experience with email, Salesforce, PowerPoint, and Word • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth • Experience in international sales and market expansion is highly desirable • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools • Passionate about renewable energy and sustainability • Results-oriented with a strong drive for success • Adaptable and open to new challenges and opportunities • Collaborative and able to work effectively in a team environment • Innovative and forward-thinking • Excellent written, presentation and conversational skills • Experience in the solar, renewables, or power generation equipment market • Ability to communicate technical product attributes and economic value proposition • Ability to work across multiple organizations in a fast paced, smaller company environment
