• Active selling, negotiation and proposal preparation of Arrive's B2B solutions, as well as providing product information, proactive follow-up and general customer service over the phone. • In addition to acquiring new customers, you are responsible for building and maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships with our existing customers. • Develop customer relationships with the goal of increasing revenue. • Manage daily call activities and plan effective sales strategies to meet all KPIs based on defined expectations. • Update the CRM system to ensure data quality. • Commercial responsibility for closing deals with customers and delivering high-quality sales conversions.
• Sales experience; experience in B2B sales (telephone sales) is a plus. • You identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and successfully implement them. • Determination to exceed targets and objectives. • Team player and self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team. • Enthusiastic, innovative thinker who never settles for "good enough" and is always looking to improve. • Efficient communicator with strong active listening, verbal, written and interpersonal skills. • Fluent in German and English.
