📋 Description

• Support selected corporate recruiting assignments within the Arsipa Group • Identify suitable candidate profiles for corporate roles in Finance, M&A, PMI, People, and Product • Conduct targeted direct outreach through relevant sourcing channels, particularly LinkedIn Recruiter • Build qualified candidate pipelines within the agreed project timeframe • Document relevant search activities, feedback, and profile information • Conduct initial assessments of proactively sourced and inbound candidate profiles • Communicate with candidates in a structured and professional manner • Prepare qualified profiles for further coordination with Arsipa • Follow up on outstanding feedback and next steps • Independently plan sourcing activities • Coordinate on progress, pipeline status, and relevant market information • Contribute your own sourcing approaches, market knowledge, and recruiting expertise • Deliver the agreed corporate recruiting assignments in a results-oriented manner through project completion

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in recruiting or active sourcing for corporate, professional, or specialist roles • Strong hands-on experience with targeted direct outreach and candidate acquisition • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and modern recruiting tools • Fluent German • Independent, structured, and reliable working style • Experience recruiting for Finance, M&A, Corporate Development, PMI, People, Product, or comparable holding-company functions is an advantage • Experience in multi-entity, private equity, or buy-and-build environments is desirable • Interim, freelance, or agency recruiting experience is a plus • Affinity for KPIs, reporting, AI applications, and efficient sourcing processes
