📋 Description

• Calculate, prepare, and follow up on service contract proposals for renewals, extensions, and amendments to existing service agreements • Provide presales support to partners (partner enablement) • Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-transfer programs for internal presales employees and partner resources • Support engineering and planning firms and clarify specialist, technical, and solution-related questions during the planning and tendering phases • Collaborate with Product Management, Service, Sales, and partner organizations to improve processes and solutions • Maintain and further develop presales materials, knowledge bases, calculation templates, and standard documentation • Support the launch of new products, solutions, and services, as well as their market positioning • Support the development and standardization of services, service contracts, and sales-support processes • Support Sales with the technical and commercial preparation of proposals and tenders • Conduct customer consultations, presentations, and workshops on Ascom solutions • Create solution and system concepts, including technical documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed degree or comparable vocational qualification in Computer Science, Telematics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field • Several years of experience in technical sales, presales, or solution engineering, ideally in the healthcare or ICT sector • Demonstrated experience with complex solutions in healthcare, industrial, or comparable technology environments • Ideally, more than five years of experience with healthcare communication solutions, EHR systems, IT infrastructures, telecommunications, or wireless technologies (DECT, WLAN) • Excellent knowledge of networking technologies, wireless networks, databases, and IP routing • Knowledge of Windows Server and system environments is an advantage • Confident, customer-focused manner, with strong presentation and communication skills • Enjoy working with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams • Very good written and spoken German and English • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work • Strong customer focus and a high commitment to quality • Willingness to travel for work
