Description

• Lead and contribute to the strategic direction of our product design, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align design initiatives with business goals. • Drive the ideation, prototyping, and refinement of our SaaS products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of usability, functionality, and visual appeal. • Foster a design-centric culture within the organization, inspiring and mentoring design teams to deliver outstanding, user-focused solutions. • Ensure a consistent design language and branding across our suite of products, maintaining a cohesive and recognizable user experience. • Champion usability and accessibility principles, conducting research and utilizing metrics to inform. • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align design efforts with overall product strategy and business objectives. • Establish and refine design processes, adapting them to scale with the growth of the company. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation. • Provide leadership and mentorship to the product design team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product design, with a track record of delivering successful SaaS products. • Exceptional skills in UX/UI design, product thinking, and a strong portfolio showcasing your contributions to impactful, user-focused designs. • Ability to think strategically about design and articulate the rationale behind design decisions. Experience in contributing to product strategy discussions. • Experience applying user research, usability testing, and data-driven insights to drive design decisions. • Demonstrated leadership in guiding and inspiring design teams. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Strong prototyping abilities and experience creating interactive prototypes. • Proficient in industry-standard design tools
