Description
• The user experience (UX) designer will be responsible for understanding the company’s business requirements, • conducting user research and surveys to gain insight, • translating those goals and learnings into mockups and prototypes, • user flows, and customer journey maps. • The UX designer will also be expected to design the overall functionality of the product and iterate upon it per user testing to ensure a great user experience.
Requirements
• Two to three (2-3) years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UX design • Strong portfolio of design projects • Great understanding of design tools and resources (ex. Figma) • Experience in project management and research • Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently • A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking • Analytical mind with a business acumen • Excellent communication skills • Additional Valuable Skills: Experience creating storyboards and website mapping • Knowledge in coding and ability to troubleshoot using HTML/CSS
