• Conduct customer discovery and user interviews • Present research findings in a compelling manner • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers • Lead conceptualizing and delivering product designs • Think creatively to solve complex problems • Communicate design decisions to stakeholders • Work in a small team in a high ownership role

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience • Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills • Experience in UX research methodologies • Expertise with Figma or similar tools • Attention to detail and pride in product quality • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Comfortable in ambiguity • Self-motivated and detail-oriented • Previous B2B SaaS experience (Nice to have) • Experience with designing for AI products (Nice to have)
