📋 Description

• Aggressively source and recruit top-performing candidates for management and craft positions • Use job posting outlets, social media, and the current workforce to source and hire talent • Develop a comprehensive hiring strategy aligned with the company culture • Receive and manage incoming applications and assess candidate pools • Facilitate initial communications and screening interviews • Communicate with managers and staff to use the employee database and expand recruiting reach • Complete daily HR duties including postings, sourcing, referrals, interviews, offers, and handoffs • Create and manage recruitment and company-culture social media postings • Research industry recruiting strategies and refine the company’s approach • Coordinate travel for candidates interviewing for positions • Attend or facilitate career fairs at universities and other venues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from a four-year college or university and 2 to 5 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Build productive internal and external working relationships • Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action • Understand how to use social media to attract and engage active and passive technical talent • Proficient user of MS Office, including Outlook and Excel • Ability to perform office-related tasks, including prolonged sitting or standing • Ability to move from place to place within an office environment • Ability to use a computer • Ability to communicate effectively
