📋 Description

• Aggressively source and recruit top-performing candidates for management and craft positions • Utilize job posting outlets, social media, and the current workforce to source and hire talent across all departments • Develop detailed knowledge of the company’s culture to create a comprehensive hiring strategy • Communicate and embrace Astreya’s career development opportunities • Manage incoming applications and assess candidate pools in the existing database • Facilitate initial communications and screening interviews • Communicate with Astreya managers and staff to use the employee database and expand recruiting reach • Complete daily HR duties including postings, sourcing, referrals, interviews, offers, and handoffs • Create and manage social media postings related to recruitment and company culture • Research current industry recruiting strategies and refine recruiting practices • Coordinate travel for potential candidates’ interviews • Attend and/or facilitate career fairs at universities or other venues • Apply company policies and procedures to resolve issues of moderate scope • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 2 to 5 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Builds productive internal and external working relationships • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action • Understanding of how to use social media to attract and engage active and passive technical talent • Proficient user of MS Office, including Outlook and Excel • Extensive experience utilizing the Workday Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is highly advantageous • Superior articulation and professional communication abilities • High level of proficiency in English • Ability to perform office-related tasks which may include prolonged sitting or standing • Ability to move from place to place within an office environment • Ability to use a computer • Ability to communicate effectively • Some positions may require occasional repetitive motion or movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
