📋 Description

• Manage the full life cycle recruitment process from inception to offer delivery • Source and recruit IT professionals for strategic accounts, primarily on a contract basis • Conduct client intake meetings to establish qualification criteria and candidate requirements • Screen resumes and applications and interview candidates • Build and maintain talent pipelines • Publish job advertisements on careers pages, job boards, and social media • Prepare candidates for client interviews • Develop relationships with Account Managers, Recruiters, and potential IT resources • Use Sense messaging and other AI tools to communicate with consultants and candidates • Manage consultants and candidates using Bullhorn ATS, Fieldglass, Beeline, and Simplify VMS tools • Participate in daily recruiting team meetups to discuss requisitions and prioritize hot positions • Submit 8–10 qualified resources per week to clients, subject to Account/Delivery Manager approval • Represent PTR Global with professionalism, integrity, and consistency

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in agency IT contract staffing • Strong understanding of W2 IT requirements • Reliable network connectivity and a conducive work-from-home environment • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to effectively engage with candidates and clients
