📋 Description

• Translate rough onshore requirements into India-market roles, including level, titles, skills, and realistic packages • Design sourcing strategy by selecting channels and deciding between direct outreach and pipeline building • Headhunt passive candidates and approach people who are not actively looking • Build talent pools, referral programs, and campus recruiting pipelines • Own searches end to end, from hiring-manager scoping through outreach, screening, and closing • Maintain hiring bars and scorecards for offshore searches • Design and run structured interview processes, train hiring managers, and manage assessments and background checks • Own India careers-page content, recruitment marketing, hiring social presence, and employer reputation on AmbitionBox and Glassdoor • Own the ATS and keep funnel and diversity metrics visible • Manage agencies and vendors when outside recruiting support is needed • Close candidates and provide a documented handoff to People Ops for onboarding • Build a repeatable sourcing playbook based on search outcomes, channels, pitches, and market learning • Work directly with hiring managers; report to the People Partner • Hire and develop recruitment support as volume justifies

🎯 Requirements

• Four to eight years of experience are typical for candidates who have owned full-cycle searches • Owned full-cycle searches end to end and closed hires across more than one function • Real headhunting experience building pipelines through direct outreach to passive candidates on Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter • Experience turning vague or onshore-framed requirements into filled India-market roles with appropriate level, titles, skills, and package • Built or run interview or assessment processes • Employer brand or recruitment marketing experience, such as careers-page, campaign, or review-site work • Comfortable owning an ATS end to end, including configuration, data quality, funnel reporting, and diversity metrics • Experience defending shortlists and screening against a hiring bar with hiring managers • Sharp written English • EdTech, education services, or student-facing organisation background preferred • Experience hiring across creative, content, operations, or automation roles preferred • Hands-on experience with an ATS such as Zoho Recruit preferred • Experience managing a small recruiting or sourcing team preferred • Agency or vendor management experience preferred
