📋 Description

• Aggressively sourcing and recruiting top-performing candidates for management and craft positions • Utilizing a variety of resources, such as job posting outlets and social media • Facilitating initial communications and screening interviews so managers only meet qualified candidates • Participating in completing HR duties including postings, sourcing, referrals, interviews, offers, and handoffs • Creating and managing social media postings related to recruitment and company culture • Coordinating travel for potential candidates for interviews • Attending and/or facilitating career fairs at select universities or other venues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 2 to 5 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Builds productive internal and external working relationships • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action • Understanding of how to use social media to attract and engage active and passive technical talent • Proficient user of MS Office, including Outlook and Excel • Extensive experience utilizing the Workday Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is highly advantageous • Demonstrates superior articulation and professional communication abilities, maintaining a high level of proficiency in English.
