๐Ÿ“‹ Description

โ€ข Source and recruit IT professionals across the United States using a variety of platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal candidate databases. โ€ข Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviews to assess technical fit accurately, availability, compensation expectations, and cultural alignment. โ€ข Build and maintain a strong, active talent pipeline for frequently requested and future staffing needs. โ€ข Coordinate directly and consistently with our US-based sales and delivery teams to understand fully and quickly fulfill both contract and full-time job requirements. โ€ข Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling interviews, facilitating client submissions, and supporting the candidate onboarding process. โ€ข Proactively engage in strategic sales activities, including identifying new business leads through candidate networking, performing market mapping of potential client accounts, and actively promoting key candidate profiles to the Sales team.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

โ€ข 2+ years of professional experience in US IT staffing, recruiting, business development and talent acquisition. โ€ข In-depth, working knowledge of US employment types and work authorizations (W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, Green Card, USC, etc.). โ€ข Ability to approach recruitment with a sales orientation, including negotiation skills and the drive to meet placement targets. โ€ข Strong, professional communication (written and verbal) and excellent interpersonal skills required for candidate and internal team interaction. โ€ข Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern sourcing tools. โ€ข Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working effectively and independently in a remote environment.
