• Act as a link between Asurion and the sales channels of wireless service providers within the defined geographic region. • Develop strong relationships with clients and implement growth initiatives within the wireless provider sales channels for device protection, with a strong focus on both direct and indirect points of sale. • Responsible for achieving and/or exceeding established financial and growth objectives, and for managing day-to-day product-related inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction. • Evaluate and respond to gaps between the current product, customer needs, and competitor offerings. • Collaborate with internal customer service team members and other cross-functional areas to identify growth opportunities and process improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field. • Minimum 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development (regional or national scope preferred). • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively. • Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite. • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. • Willingness to travel within the assigned region. • Experience in technology industry. • MBA or advanced business degree. • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities (depending on region).
