📋 Description

• Responsible for application results across our aggregator partners • Being the go to person for your brokers • Building and maintaining outstanding Broker relationships • Proactively managing a pipeline of Broker scenarios and submitted Apps • Seeking out new Broker relationships, nurture these relationships until they become vocal advocates for Athena • Running interactive Broker onboarding sessions to provide in depth knowledge of Athena • Manage relationships with aggregators including partnership managers and state leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar BDM role managing relationships with broker networks and individual brokers • Ability to develop and maintain relationships – with brokers, credit teams and clients • Great focus on sales and conversion • Exceptional communication skills – clear, engaging, and professional • You're self motivated • You're focused on continuous development • You're a critical thinker and confident in decision making
