Description

• Responsible for creating, executing, measuring, and optimizing integrated campaigns, lifecycle automations, and one-time emails with the goal of strengthening customer engagement, product usage, retention, and customer sentiment. • Work closely with other members of the marketing team including Revenue Marketing, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Marketing Operations, & more.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on Lifecycle, Customer and/or Growth Marketing • Experience managing email marketing campaigns, including one-time and automated campaigns, and audience segmentation—Hubspot experience preferred • Salesforce experience required including ability to build reports and campaigns • Proficient in writing effective marketing copy to drive action and engagement • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making • Excellent project and time management skills to seamlessly prioritize multiple projects and communicate effectively across multiple teams • Proactive self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and brings a can-do attitude • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Past startup experience a plus
